I was a military spouse for the last 16 years. Throughout those years, I have had the opportunity to meet and become acquainted with many people from different backgrounds with one goal, to serve our country. 

After settling in Alamogordo in 2009, I decided to start a career in real estate. I wanted to have the opportunity to assist military members with their relocation process by helping them make it as smooth of a transition as possible. The entire process can seem a bit overwhelming without the guidance of a real estate professional such as myself.  Having someone working for you at your new location, helping to provide pertinent information about the surrounding area, can make a huge impact on determining the best area suited for you. 

For the past 10 years I have been helping both buyers and sellers in the Otero county area, ensuring they are getting the best possible service. I have assisted a number of buyers in navigating the many financing programs available to them by introducing them to various lenders.  I have also assisted a number of sellers by preparing them for the process of putting their home on the market. By utilizing our unique marketing strategy, I have been able to assist them in getting the best price possible for their home.  For both buyers and sellers, I stand by them throughout the entire process from start to finish.  

My experience between both my military affiliation and my real estate background, allows me to provide the best possible service to each customer/client that is specific to their individual needs.
